Well, there are not so many things to say today, other than yesterday I took all morning and afternoon off to relax and get a small distance from the material. I felt overtired and so I needed a break.
Then in the evening I went back to the studio and worked on repeating and repeating and repeating in order to perform better. I think repetition is an inherent process to performance.
Here are some rules I made up for myself when singing.
